PRODUCT VARIATIONS

The problem i am facing now is with the variations of my products. Since i have a huge number of products in the store i decided to make them a lot fewer. We have 1 design for t shirt for example but besides the colour variations added from printful, we created almost the same t shirt with a small difference of the logo of the country. I want to have 1 product so that people choose size, color and the flag of a country. I have created variations for all the combinations but i want have dublicated sku in wordpress. How do i create these variations and and let printfull know which variation is each?
