Hi there @merizindge ??
any word on my issue i disabled all plugins and shift the site to default 20 2o theme but now variations are not even showing. when i activate wpc radio buttons plugin then variations started showing at front end but not at backend. i think something caused issue to our database.
From what I understand, after trying with a default WordPress theme, and all plugins except WooCommerce deactivated, the issue persisted; which leads you to believe this is a database issue.
There are a few things we could try, in order to troubleshoot this.
First, head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools
. From there, feel free to go ahead with clearing transients, deleting orphaned variations, regenerate product lookup tables, recount terms, verify database tables, and regenerate the product attributes lookup table.
Check again, if the issue persists, after running all of the actions mentioned above.
If yes, let’s try with a fresh WordPress installation, with Storefront as the active theme and only WooCommerce installed and activated. Kindly go ahead with exporting the products from the production site first, and subsequently importing them on the test; using the buttons found above the product list, under “Products”, as shown in this screenshot. Product variations work as expected now?
If spinning a new WordPress installation online is not an option right now, feel free to download and install Local, for creating a WordPress installation on your local machine.
Let us know how that goes!
