Product variations (colors) as a separate product

Hey guys,
I desperately need advice.
Is there a solution / plugin that could display the color variations of the product as a link to its own – specific product? With changing URL, name etc…
For example like here:
https://www.footshop.cz/en/panske-tenisky-a-boty/102451-adidas-ultraboost-50-dna-foot-blue-foot-blue-royal-blue.htmlOur solution is here and its not good.
