Product Variations disappear after saving

    When I’m creating variable products in Woocommerce, the variations disappear after trying to save the variations. Problem persists when changing theme to Storefront and turning off all of my plugins. WordPress version 5.5. Thought it was the theme because it was fine until a theme update, but now I have no idea because theoretically, it should’ve worked when I changed the theme. Any idea whats going on?

    and to be blatantly honest, my store has had to sit abandoned and this is been a complete waste of time, I would NEVER recommend woocommerce to anyone and will be moving on to a better program soon
