Product Variations Not Importing

Hi Folks!
I’m using WooCommerce 3.2.0 and latest WP, exporting from a copy of the live site to a copy of the staging site. Product variations are not importing, although they are present in the .csv export file. So far tried no other plugins, and base WP theme.

Thanks for any help!
