    Hello @unchd,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re having an issue with product variations not displaying correctly for certain products.

Based on the shared screenshots, it seems everything is set up correctly. This could therefore mean that there is a possible theme or plugin conflict.

I would suggest you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and disable all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the problem persists.

You can find a detailed guide on how to run a conflict test here. It is advised to make a full site backup before proceeding with the aforementioned steps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello @ckadenge,

    Thank you for your answer.

After some test on my staging website, the problem still exists. I have disabled all my plugins one by one, also put “Storefront” theme instead of mine, clear the cache with LSpeed but it’s still not working. I also create a new test product to see if the problem comes from the product and would need to be created again but still not working.

    Hey, @unchd!

    Thanks for trying!

Do you mind sharing screenshots of each variation on the Short homme product so we can take a closer look and try to run some tests on our end?

You can do this by clicking on modifier.

Can you also share a screenshot of how you set up the attributes on this product?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

To create my product & variations, I use bear bulk plugin. On Bear Bulk, I click on “New Product” button. Then I set up the name, category ….. then I click on the product type and make it “Variable Product” instead of “Simple Product”. Then I click on my product to select it and set Variations by choosing “Couleurs” and “Tailles” : https://gyazo.com/6413811eddd545864452448ce756f7f7 then I press “Start Bulk Adding”, it’s loading and done.

    Hey, @unchd!

Thanks for the screenshots and information.

You mentioned before you had disabled all plugins and the issue persisted.

Can you please confirm if when you did that, you also disabled Bear Bulk and LiteSpeed and you added a product by using the default WooCommerce method instead of the Bear Bulk plugin?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello @carolm29

Yes I did. I tried both, add a product with Bear Bulk and from WooCommerce.

    Hi @unchd,

Just to be sure we’re on the same page, you did disable LiteSpeed and BEAR at the same time, only leaving WooCommerce, correct? And it doesn’t work even under those conditions? Can you confirm this, please?

    Thanks!

    Hello @omarfpg,

Yes I confirm. I disabled all plugins, tried and not working. I even uninstalled WooCommerce and installed it again, still not working. My products keeps having unavailable variations but if I add a new variations to an existing product, it’s working.

    Hi @unchd,

Thank you for the additional details; they are very interesting. Could you try deleting one of the affected products and recreating them to see if this helps?

One more thing to check, can you make sure the variations missing have their price set? Variations without prices won’t show up in the front end.

    Please, let us know!

    Hello @omarfpg,

I’ve already tried deleting and creating a new product but nothing.

Price is not the issue, I have other products that don’t have prices and quantities where the variations are displayed correctly. Have a look :

    Hello unchd,

    Thank you for your reply.

As mentioned in the last message, variations without prices won’t show up on the front end. This price field is required.

To simplify things, let’s take two products:
1- With no variation price that is appearing on the front end.
2- With no variation price that does not appear on the front end.

Share links to these products and screenshots of the product edit page with me. I want to review what might be affecting the default behavior of the WooCommerce.

The last two screenshots you shared show different product variations.
The front end is showing an M size and the Edit page is showing an S variation.

I look forward to your reply. ??
