Product variations show negative 1 after single order

    Hi,

    Really hope someone can help.

    I have a strange issue where product variations have stock but once a order is placed it goes to -1 and I received product out stock as well as a email that the product has been backordered even though backorders are disabled.

    Any solutions or tips would really be appreciated

    The variation has enough stock, but goes out of stock (change to -1) when an order is placed?

    If so, the issue is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Place a test order

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Thank you for the update. Now that you know which plugin is causing the issue, you can reach out to the plugin developer directly as fixes can only be made by them.
