    Hi there,

I have just downloaded and activated your plugin but even though I have added a product video and I can see that its been uploaded it is not showing on the product page.

I am using The 7 theme. Is there a way to fix this so the video shows first on the product page?

    Hi there,

Thank you for downloading and activating our plugin. We are sorry to hear that the video is not showing on the product page.

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache to make sure you are seeing the most updated version of the page.

    2. If you are using a caching plugin, clear its cache as well.

    3. Disable all other plugins to see if any of them are causing conflicts.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with a link to the website and the product where you are encountering the issue so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Hi, @stillenmaxima98

    Please check the following:

    1. Directory Path:

Ensure that the directory /wp-content/uploads/video-wc-gallery-thumb/ exists. If it does not, create it.

    2. Directory Permissions:

Ensure the directory has the correct read and write permissions. The permissions should be set to 755

If everything is correct with the above points and you still encounter issues, please contact us for further assistance.
