Woocommerce support says to update the product lookup table every time you do update via import but this also does not work.

Does this issue appear when you edit products via the built-in product importer? Can you tell us the steps to reproduce the issue?

It is a random issue sometimes it works and sometimes it completely broke the display of the product.

About Fatal error, there is no fatal error in error log related to this issue.

Does this issue appear when you edit products via the built-in product importer? Can you tell us the steps to reproduce the issue?

This is random and no particular time to happening this. Generally we can not check each product every day on each category and it is always informed us by our customer who are purchasing regularly.

Some time this get resolved by toggle the catalog visibility but not every time.

Thanks for sharing all those details! I have checked your screencast also, and I noticed 3 items missing from that category, let me list them by SKU:

• HCPC;
• OW183;
• HCP2 (Which is out of stock);

The first thing I’d recommend checking is your product visibility. To check that, access one of those products (i.e: SKU HCPC), and on the right sidebar, check the Catalog Visibility item (I recommend changing the settings to “Shop and Search results” if it’s not marked yet).

Then, you can try to clear all your cache, I can see that you were using the WP-Optimize and you also have the advanced-cache drop-in plugin. YOu may need to reach out to your hosting company to double-check if they’re using any caching system on their side, despite the advanced-cache.

Also, I noticed that you’re using some very similar category names, with different slugs, and they all seems to be handled by your theme (Porto).

I know you have already done some conflict tests, but I’d recommend doing it again in a staging site. Do you already have it? If not, and if your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Change your theme to Storefront theme, disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce, and share with us the System Status report (WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”) of that staging site.

This will help us to diagnose and check it closer!

You can consider the following:

— If the shop page is customized is possible some products will not appear, you can try updating the products and checking again if they appear.

— Go to WooCommerce > settings > products and check the shop page configuration.

— Check the permalinks.
