• in attempting to upload products to my ecommerce website from my print-on-demand supplier, i received the following message:
    ——-
    RESULT:
product was not added. failed! the request couldn’t process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time n your server. if that doesn’t help, check your server error logs. CODE: G413894191
    ——-
    OBSERVATION:
the product was never placed on my products page but placed in my woocommerce media library and woocommerce trash. sync of that product and my supplier was not possible.
    ——-
    TRIED SEVERAL METHODS TO RESOLVE:
    – tried to upload a different product (unsuccessful)
    – increased server maximum execution time (unsuccessful)
    – rollback woocommerce, wordpress, printful plugins (unsuccessful)
    – deactivated all plugins except for woocommerce and printful (unsuccessful)
    ——-
if anyone has encountered and resolved this issue, recommendations or solutions would be appreciated.

  • 1) Have you checked your server logs as the error message suggests? Did you find any related entries?

    2) Contact Printful. You may post in their plugin support forum here, but I see they often just ask users to email them (support at printful)… so you can skip the forum and contact them directly:

this is totally ridiculous. so many people having this issue and all printful support does is point me to my host provider.

I ran into the same problem. Having no support to solve the issue is disappointing.
