I face this problem. When a physical product is having 1 stock, when the user is trying to buy it, when it goes to checkout and press the button to make the order, he gets the message “There are not enough in-stock items available to fulfill this order.”
If I set 2 in stock, then the user can buy only 1 of this product. If he try to buy 2, it gets the same message again.
The problem is happening only when the shopEngine is activated, that’s why I am asking here. When I deactivate the shopEngine plugin, everything works fine again.

    Hi jdgrcorp,

Thank you for contacting us, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

Upon investigation in our development environment, we were unable to replicate the reported issue. Additionally, there have been no previous complaints regarding this matter. For a clearer understanding, we recommend referring to this instructional video. However, if you are still experiencing this problem, it is likely stemming from your end. We suggest conducting a conflict test on your website to pinpoint the root cause of the issue.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps: Prior to proceeding, ensure to create a backup of your website and preferably execute these steps in a staging environment!

    1. Isolate the problem: Disable all plugins (with the exception of Elementor/Pro, ShopEngine, and Woocommerce), and temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello theme. If this resolves the issue, gradually reactivate your plugins and theme one by one, until identifying the conflicting plugin or theme.
    2. Clear the cache: Purge all cache levels, encompassing Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Additionally, attempt accessing the front page of your website in incognito/private mode.

Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, let me know. I will take a closer look at this issue and help you find a solution as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Amir
