Production URL

Hi there,
I’ve moved from testing to production phase on the shipping plugin, I’m not too sure if I’m meant to do anything with the Production URL: https://ws.fedex.com:443/web-services that I’ve been given. Do I need to go somewhere and put this in? It’s not made clear on the Fedex site.

Also, the rates returned to me are less than my suppliers using the same package dimensions, weight and from/to location, any idea why would this be?
