Products and Categories GONE!

Hi, I love your plugin and was using it for the first time for a client website. However I ran into a serious problem.
I created a catalog and 2 categories, and added all my products. Everything looked great!
I needed to make another catalog, so I did that. As soon as I made the new catalog EVERYTHING has been removed from the first catalog! When I click the little drop down box to change back to the first catalog, it now has no products and no categories! Yet on the page with the shortcode, it is still showing all the products. It’s just not showing them in the backend anymore.
Please Help!
