Products and Gategories not display on shop woocommerce shop page

I have looked on your support forum and there appeared to be a similar problem so I did what that post suggested.

I am using the free version of your plug in and installed it about a week ago.

The site in question is

I am using the latest version of woocommerce and although the theme is not supported, I have also used other woocommerce themes including their own shop theme and used other browsers and still exactly the same result, though it does appear to be some type of caching problem as if it is stuggling to move beyond the defaults to some degree.

I have used the manual flush in your program.

I have categories per pages set at 9 (there is another category that should be showing up after the last cateogory that is visable on the page.

I have products per categories set at 12

The first category Features has 3 products assigned, only 1 shows up. I created a subcatorgory for it, removed items out of the top level, but still only 1 items shows up

The fiction category appears to have only pulled items from one category and is only showing. Adding another has not come to the shop page.

The Amazon category has at least six items, but only three show up. I did not create a subcategory for it, as it appeared useless for the Featured items mentioned above.

I have another category called non-fiction which should be showing up. There are no items assigned to the top level non-fiction category, but 1 item in a subcategory that does not show up.

It would be great if you guys could give me some solution.
