    The products, orders and coupons do not want to sync with Mailchimp.

    I’ve tried several things;
    – Plugins disabled
    – Reinstalled plugin
    – WP-Cron job is enabled
    – There are no errors in the logs
    – Tried the url combination ‘& resync = 1’

    What other options are there?

    Hi @thijmens, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – Are there any fatal errors in WooCommerce? (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs)
    – If you have a large number of plugins being used, you may need to bump up your memory limit on your server (1GB for example) to accommodate the initial sync.

    @thijmens can you please confirm that you’re on the latest plugin version? At the time of writing this response, we’re on 2.5.1 and that should have resolved this issue. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the same issue after upgrade.

    Hi Ryan,

    Im running version 2.5.1 and we have still problems with this issue. I tried different things (deactivated other plugins, wp-cron check, php-memory increase etc), but nothing helps.

    @thijmens i think this is best to bring up in the Woocommerce support forum. This should not be happening, so if it’s still a problem on your server, you’ll probably need to just flush out everything in the pending status and start over. Can you please bring this up in the woo support so they have visibility into this? The code erroring out lives in the Action Scheduler codebase, and my guess is that it might be something that needed clean up from another plugin in the past.
