Products and shop page translation

Hi

I’m translating my website with Polylang plugin, but my shopping page is only working with one language (Spanish) and the products that I upload can’t be translater either.
It must have an option to translate the shopping page too, isn’t it?

I am using a Savoy Theme and I’ve contact them but they say me that their are not familiar with Polylang plugin and it would be best if I contact your support in this case.
