products are imported but the images are missing

  • we have been trying to import the products for quiet some time now …
    the products are imported but the images are missing from the page …
    it says “images are being downloaded” this has not changed for a few days now …we have cleared the import history and deleted the products and pushed it again still the issue continues…please assist

    I’m sorry for late reply.
    Product images are downloaded in the background. If no images were downloaded, please make sure cron is working properly.
    You can try installing this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/ and go to the plugin settings to see if there are any errors like this https://prnt.sc/s13ohq

    Hi there. I have the same issue here. I ran s2w May 8th and didn`t download the most part of images.

    Still got the message
    S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce: There are products images in the queue.

    Checked image errors and got none “You don’t have any error images.”

    Checking logs I can notice some errors like:

    Can I run again to try to download images? Whats your recommendation?

    Hi @fufalima,
    The log file is to log the import products progress, it’s not used for logging image download.
    If it downloads images too slow, it may be caused by your cron settings.
    Also please check if there are duplicated images in your media library.

    I have the same problem duplicated images in your media library.

    In your case, there’s issue with those duplicated images and it stuck downloading them without continuing to next images.
    Please click cancel download image to stop it. If it does not work, please deactivate this plugin.
