    Hi I am on version 2.0.2 of the Facebook for woocommerce plugin with woocommerce version 4.5.2. Since upgrading my products no longer sync and I cannot connect to the more secure, reliable Facebook. Please can you help.

    First, my apologies for the delay in my response. We’ve been experiencing a high support volume lately, which has definitely slowed us down. We’re working feverishly to reach out to our merchants as soon as possible. We hope we’ll be back to our usual response time soon! I really appreciate your patience!

    Regarding the issue you’ve encountered, could you please let me know a bit more regarding being unable to connect to Facebook with our plugin? Have you encountered any error messages while going through setup process? A screenshot would be super helpful if you can provide me with one. You can share it using a service like imgur.com or https://snipboard.io/.

    Hi Pit, this issue has now been resolved. But I now have a new issue – products that are no longer in my woocommerce product list are syncing with Facebook. How can I manage the catalogue of products which is shown to customers? I have tried removing them from the Facebook Catalogue but the re-add them again. Please can you help with this?

    Would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.

    Hi Julie,

    It says this about the Facebook for woocommerce
    Facebook for WooCommerce: by Facebook – 2.0.5 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.6.
