• The cart is empty even if products are added. And when we go to the store, an error message says “An item has been removed from your cart because it no longer exists”.

    I have deactivated the cache plugin, I have tried deactivating all the plugins except sunshine photo cart… but the problem is not solved.

    What can be the motive?

    I have heard of a few people having this problem. Every time it was a problem with a cache or another plugin. I know you say you tried disabling all other plugins – but can you try once more?

    Most commonly, as you mentioned, it was a caching plugin but also plugins like Bookly specifically.

    Does your web host have server level caching?

    In the end we managed to solve the problem by deleting the galleries and recreating them. Now everything works correctly.
