    Hi,

    I have some issues in “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin. For example all the products are not showing in Facebook shop, some products price is showing 0 and It is not exporting variations to Facebook.

    I am using Facebook for WooCommerce Version 1.10.2 and Woocommerce version 4.0.1. Can you please help me to fix these issues?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry for the issues the plugin is causing – I’ll do my best to help get things working properly again.

    As a first step, could you please provide a little more information on the following points?

    • Are your products syncing to Facebook (i.e. they’re available in the Facebook catalog), but not visible in the shop on your Facebook page?
    • For the products where the price is listed incorrectly, could you please check the Facebook tab in the product settings? Is there any price set in the Facebook Price field?
    • Are any variable products syncing properly to Facebook or are you not seeing any of those in the Facebook catalog? If this is only impacting a few variants, could you please check the Variation settings for those variants and ensure that the Include in Facebook sync setting is enabled?

    This information will help me start narrowing down the possible problems here – thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your response.

    1. Some product doesn’t show in Facebook catalog
    2. No, there isn’t any price set in Facebook Price field
    3. I can see only the main products and not variations. There isn’t any select box to choose variation in main product

    Are the products that aren’t showing in the catalog Virtual, by chance? Facebook’s commerce policy does not permit listing virtual products, so that might explain why some are missing.

    For the issues with price and the variations not syncing, I think it’d be best for us to take a closer look at your site so we can see how the affected products are configured. Could you please reach out to us directly via our support form so we can investigate further?

    Hi SkyVerge,

    I have the same issues.
    Im running it on version 1.9 since I have never been able to get the latest installed.
    Is there a place I could get a later 1.9 version or 2.0 first version?
    I have it all syncing fine its just that none of the variants are not showing in FB also its selects the most expensive of variants.
    They products are showing fine in the ‘Catalog manager’
    I did realize I had to go to every product with variants to get the FB ids populated ( just do update within the products list)
