    Hi,

I’m making a website that sells furniture.

When I add the variations at the moment I end up with thousands upon thousands of options which I’ve been pricing one by one (takes blummin hours). I’m sure there must be a faster way as only the dimensions affect the price… the different finish colours don’t make any difference to the cost they’re just an additional option.

Is there a way of saying I want all tables 100 x 60 to be £100 – like make a rule?
Is there a way of saving time? Eg can finish colour just be a tick box? If so how can I implement this?

    Thanks in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You’ve got two options:

Keep using variations but use something like Advanced Bulk Edit – essentially it gives you a spreadsheet like view of your products which makes editing so much easier!

Or, as an alternative to variations I can recommend Extra Product Options – however if you need to manage stock on the variations this won’t work!
