    Hi,

    I tried to add custom notification but have a problem.

    All of products did not showing in sales popup dashboard(https://i.imgur.com/oAs7mzg.png).

    I tested made as korean and japanese websites and i have 100+ products.

    Woocommerce and Beeketing is connected already.

    Please let me know how do i fix this.

    It seems to us that the plugin has been removed, so currently, we can not help to fix the issue on your store. I am truly sorry for this inconvenince, could you please reinstall it so we can totally fix the issue for you?

    I enabled plugin and products still not synchronized.

    And

    Do I have to manually make Custom Notification again as time go by? Or is it renewed automatically within 12 hours?

    Thanks for answering.

    I checked beeketing dashboad but product still not synchronized.

    I uploaded 100+ products own my website but beeketing just displyed few products(about 8,9) only.

    Thank you for your update.

    The dropdown list only shows a limited number of products. You need to type some letters of the product’s name, the app will return products with name that has those letters/words.

    By the way, I’ve just resynced all products again to make sure the app updates all items on your list now.

    Could you kindly take my advice and check again yourself in your back-end and let me know your update? If my tip doesn’t work and this issue still persists, please reach out via [email protected] so I can assist you better.

    Plus, please note that only sync notifications expire, the custom ones will not expire.

    Hi I’m also having an issue with custom notifications. All my products are not listed. Some were there yesterday. Now all custom notifications are gone.

    I’ve just resynced all products again so that the app updates all items on your list now.

    I have the same problem at https://artsbynaty.com/ . Trying to sync, but it only synchronized one product. I’m trying over and over, but no luck. What do I do?
