Products change to out of stock

    Hi

    When we upload a product file to change product prices the product stock status changes from “In Stock” to “Out of Stock”. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

    How exactly are you updating the prices? Via a CSV import plugin or via the built-in tool?

    Its via the built in import for csv files.

    Hi @nathang828. Are you still facing this issue? If so, please make sure that the In stock? column in your CSV file is set. We have a guide to help you with the CSV import schema here.

    If that doesn’t help, please share a copy of your csv file and we can take a look.
