Products disappear from the cart

    Hello,

    I am building my store using WooCommerce and I’ve come across an issue with products disappearing from the cart. When a product is added to the cart, it usually (but not always) disappears from the cart after a few seconds, so the purchase can’t be completed.

    Hi there,

    As a first step, you’ll want to make sure that nothing is conflicting with WooCommerce (I believe there is).
    First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    And is there any faster way to find the conflicting plugin (if it is a plugin)? The products do not always disappear, so doing it one by one would be very time-consuming.

    @abiernat I liked to use DEBUG first and then go from there. Turn that on and then like @rossviviano stated that’s a good plugin as well and also try a PHP Checker like this to see if anything is conflicting with your server slash PHP.
