Products disappear if I manually change price to a zone

    Hello,
    When I manually change the price of a product to a specific zone, that product disappears to the people connecting in that zone. I am not changing anything on the country restrictions.
    I want my same product to be available everywhere but with different prices.
    The product is only appearing them when the option of “calculate price applying conversion rate” is selected.
    Please help me

    Hi.

    1- Do the products appear when you deactivate the country restrictions plugin? They don’t appear, the issue is not caused by our plugin.

    2- Are you using another plugin for managing the zones?

    3- Can you show me a screenshot of the product settings where you are editing the zone?

    Thank you for your fast answer. I didn′t noticed you had already answered me.

    1. Yes. My products are appearing even using your plugin. When they disappear is when I manually change their price to a specific zone. The test I made was this: I changed the US zone price of one product and asked my brother that lives in USA (I live in Mexico) to tell me what price was appearing to him and he told the product didn′t appear to him anymore. He could see all the products except that one to which I manually changed the price for USA.

    a) You can paste the screenshot link here, please mark the fields that you edited.

    b) When you change the price to a specific zone and the product stops appearing, try deactivating our plugin and see if they appear.

    I am so sorry Jose, I am noticing I had another similar installed plugin so it doesn′t make sense to send you the screen shots.

    Now that I deleted that plugin and that I am sure I am only using yours, I am not finding where is the part where I create different zones in order that they appear me on each product to then manually change each prize by zone.

    I want to be able to do this that is in the specifications of the plugin: “Sell WooCommerce products with higher prices for the United States, and lower prices for India”.

    Could you help me please with the instructions?

    Hi Laura.

    If you want to use different prices for countries, you can do it this way:

    Option 1: Create 2 separate products, one visible for country 1 and the other visible for country 2, each product with different prices.

    This works with the free version.

    Option 2: Make this a variable product and one variation visible for country 1 and another variation visible for country 2.

    This requires the premium version.
