    Hi there,

    When the plugin is activated in wordpress, all products are not showing when selecting any of the the categories, there is only a message: No products were found matching your selection. I am wondering if I can change some settings to fix this? Thank you.

    Hello @leon3758,

    1. We need to look at your site to understand what the reason is. Could you tell us the name of your site or its Service #? You can find Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.
    2. Please provide the name of the plugin used to display the products. If there is a link to it, it will be even better.
    3. Please activate our plugin so that we can look for errors.

    All the products are not showing anymore when the Cleantalk plugin for WordPress (Woocommerce) is activated.

    Hello,

    Could you tell us what plugin you use to display the products? Did you try to disable the CleanTalk plugin? Did it help?

    I don’t see any errors related to our plugin on the website now. The interesting thing is that changing the sorting type may fix the issue.

    It’s simply woocommerce and a wordpress theme called Funio, we did not use any other plugin to display the products. When the Cleantalk is deactivated, everything’s back to normal.
