• We were using a shortcode to pull in products onto the page above. However, now we only get the error “No products left to show” that shows where the shortcode is.

This is recent and comes soon after an update to the plugin. Do you know what may be causing this to not show up?

I tried following the common issues troubleshooting and that didn’t fix anything. I also reached out to the host and they don’t see any issues on either side with this.

This is usually due to one of two things. Either you have a caching / performance plugin that’s conflicting with ShopWP, or you need to reconnect your Shopify store.

I would first begin by opening the plugin settings and disconnecting your Shopify store. Then reconnect it. This will ensure that you’re using the “new” ShopWP Shopify app and not the old “private app”.

If that doesn’t work, try temporarily deactivating all your other plugins. Then check if the products show up.

Let me know if this helps!

It looks like the resolution from our end was disconnecting, reconnecting, and clearing the cache about 3 times in a row that finally fixed it. That is what our client told us she did to get it to work. Just disconnecting and reconnecting it once didn’t work.

This has been a problem for me as well. I think it is to do with WP Total Cache on my site. I have found that by not caching pages with products on them that maybe does the trick? I have yet to find the perfect solution to keep it from occurring in the first place but clearing the cache in the browser, WP Total Cache and SHopWP even if caching is not enabled seems to help.

This is an issue that only started occurring with the new version of the plugin. It has been painful to deal with because it will crop up when the cache has expired and you may not be aware of it. Sometimes two separate tabs of the same page will show different results –?one with products and the other with the error –?if the browser has cached one of the tabs. So even if it seems fixed, it may not be.

I think this is the number one issue with this plugin right now as it is a show-stopping bug that is likely costing users customers and money.
