Products do not appear when searching by category

  • When I clicked in “Browser Category” the product images do not appear, appear are the placeholders!
    In the others places the images appear normally!

    how to solve this problem? any idea?
    I’m using the woocommerce plugin for the integration

    Thank you for writing back,

    Could you please let us know more clearly with your issues. If you need the product images in your menu then you need to add the mega menu plugin.

    In default, the theme does not have such a feature that you can display images at the browse category.

    When I click on the “browser category” button located on the template header and select a category, the
    registered products images on that category do not appear!!!
