• This is strange. My client has 10 Published Products in three sites which are duplicates of each other.

The products show fine in the site but in Admin only one product shows.
The product count in the all | Published | Private selectors shows 10 products.

If I deactivate WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife Version: 2.2.3 then all products show again as expected.

All was OK before version 2.2.3 – My previous version was 2.0.2.

If I go back to version 2.0.2 all products show again

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi kymh.

Do you refer to the products overview page in the administration? Probably. There should be no impact with Poor Guy in this context. I’m not sure if I understand your question: How is it possible that you have 10 products in all and 10 in published and 10 in private? Should be 20 for all then.

Please try to deactivate all other plugins apart from WooCommerce and WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife and test again. If this does not work: is it possible to see this on site? You can send temporary credentials via the contact form of takebarcelona.com

    Hi ulihake.
    Thank you for your reply.

The first thing I tried was to deactivate all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife Version: 2.2.3 but it makes no difference.

I’ve put a screen dump on my own site to better explain the 10 products and sorry for the confusion.

    Hi Kym.

This screenshot does not help very much. In fact, I don’t know why my plugin should interfere with the product list in administration. I’m not saying that this is not possible, but this screen-shot does not help me to track possible problems. As requested: a site access would help. A general problem with product administration would generate a lot of user complaints here; you are the only one right now to complain about such a problem. How do you enable and manage your “private” products by the way?
    Regards.

    Hi ulihake.
The screen dump was only to remove the confusion caused by :-
“How is it possible that you have 10 products in all and 10 in published and 10 in private?”

I understand (and expected) that general problem with product administration would generate a lot of user complaints.

The private product is simple one product set to private with a value of $0.10 so that it can only be viewed by admin so that the administrator can test out payment processing.

Unfortunately, I don’t think my client will want to give access to the site but I will check with him later.

For now, I have him up and running version 2.0.2.
I tried 2.1.2 and that also prevents us from seeing the products in Admin.

Each site has it’s own IP Address but and SSL Certificate but I don’t see how that could cause a problem nor the hosting.

I will when time allows, try a clean install on my Local Server starting with just WordPress & WooCommerce and see if it makes any difference but a clone of the site on my Local Windows IIS7 server also suffers the same problem.

If nobody else has reported such a problem the the problem must be our end somewhere but definitely is not related to another plug-in.

Thanks for your communication so far.

Sorry for the delay. I’ve been busy with a project. Please report back once you’ve been able to test with a clean install.
