Products don’t stay selected

Hello,

I was excited to find this plug-in, as it is just what I needed. However, it does not work consistently. I am restricting access based on the purchase of a specific product. It works initially, but after a couple days the product designation disappears from the settings on the WP page (see first picture). It then does not let anyone access the page, because there is no product to filter by. The second photo is the plug-in working correctly.

I am having to go in and re-set it every couple days, which is a big hassle for both me and my customers. Is this fixable? Or is this just a glitch because the plugin has not been recently updated? Will it be compatible with the latest version of WP?
