Products duplicated in GMC

Based on our understanding, it seems that you are getting an error in GMC (Google Merchant Center) due to duplicated products that disapprove your products. As per the policies of Google Shopping, you cannot upload the same product multiple times, therefore, it is essential to ensure that you do not upload a product through multiple feeds as well and your feed doesn’t include a product more than once.

To resolve the issue, ensure that you haven’t uploaded your products through multiple feeds and that each product is included only once in your feed. If you find any product listed multiple times on your feed, please update the feed manually to remove the duplicate entries and re-upload your need in Google Shopping. Hopefully, it will resolve your issue. Google Shopping typically takes a few hours to update product inventory or receive the current product feed data.

In the Feeds section on GMC I see only one feed connected, so I don’t think it’s the case of multiple feeds in my GMC + when I check the Source of products this points that it’s this only one feed that I used – the name of the feed is correct.

Also when I check in the WordPress in the CTX Feed – Manage Feed – I see only one feed created.

As for removing the duplicates entries – I did that, but then when automatic product update happens – the duplicates come back.

The feed link shows that there are currently 4,726 products available, and as far as our test, there are no duplicate products. To specify the issue, please make sure that the products are duplicates on your feed. I recommend updating your plugin to the latest version to avoid such issues.
