Products Duplicating on Import

    Hey there,
    I have a Dev site that I have imported the products from the live site to, and those products have now changes in price etc. I went to import a fresh CSV to the dev site and it duplicated every product and didn’t pull in the images for the new products that have since been added to the live site… I check the CSV before uploading to check it had the correct image path and it does.
    Any recommendations?

    Hi @newcastlecreativeco,

    The plugin checks ID/SKU for updating existing products. Kindly ensure that they are the same in the importing site and latest exported CSV. Please check the URL of the images that failed to import to ensure that there are no issues accessing it.
