Products empty after imported previously deleted

Hello, I’ve uploaded products on my website (i’m using WooCommerce) through an external inventory management. The problem is that some products don’t have name/descriptions, just an ID. It might be linked with the fact that previously I had already imported the same products, deleted them (also from the “trash”), and then re-imported them again (same EAN and SKU).

I also tried deleting the variations in the settings but I still have 2 products among 45 that only show their ID. I can’t do it manually because I have to import more than 5,000 products.

Any idea?
