Products Getting past filter at 24.99

  • I have noticed that when customers add a product that is listed at 24.99 it gets past the filter. Tax puts it over but and lets it be checked out for my in store pickup but not for shipping. I have my store set for a $25 minimum so the issue is not coming from woocommerce. Can you help with this?

    Hello,

    Plugin use price with tax for limitation and do not have option to change it.
