    when i add a product from printful . the product came without any images.
    i spoke with printful support and we have tried many thing but nothing work so they are sure that the problem is here so what should i so

  • Hey, Katherine from Printful here. The most common reason behind this could be an issue on the server’s side. It would be advised to should reach out to your hosting provider for further information on resolving this.
    I can’t comment on this much without knowing the store’s details or other data, unfortunately.

    I have contacted the hosting provider they are trying from yesterday day till now . They said there is no issue from there side .
    I tried to add product from other plugin the same as printul . The product was added without any issues ” images , in stock and was published not in private mode ” .
    So i think the problem is in printul side .

    I see, I understand your point. However, it would still be best to send more details over to our support team so we can check your store. If others have experienced similar issues, they’re more than welcome to chip in here, of course.

    Having the same issue with client’s woocommerce/printful store, No image, and products come through as “PRIVATE”

    An update on this yet? I am experiencing the same with no images and coming over as private with 2 of my clients that utilize prihtful.
