    I have contacted my server host (Bluehost) and Omnisend but they both said the problem was coming from their side. Is there any way to solve this problem ?

    As you’ve mentioned that the issue is coming from the third-party plugin Omnisend, I apologize that there is nothing we could do to help resolve the issue.

    Meanwhile, as suggested on the forum thread you mentioned, while the issue is investigated and hopefully fixed soon, if interested, you can look at alternatives to Apple’s Mail app.

    Furthermore, this forum thread is solely focused on the core functionalities of WooCommerce.

    I understand that the product images are not showing on the Order Confirmation email sent to your customers, is that correct?

    By default, there are no product images in emails. If you’d like to include images in your confirmation emails, this tutorial can walk you through the process to get it accomplished:

    No this is not the problem. The problem is the header image of the mail doesn’t show and any distant image that is loaded from woocommerce, instead I have a blue square with a “?”. And this only happen in IOS and Mac mail applications.

    For better assistance, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Please share a copy of any fatal error log as well, it can be found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).
