Products Importing as Pages

I’m using this plugin for my client and (randomly) products we add show on the site as pages. This seriously messes with the layout of each product that comes over incorrectly (see link for an example).

I’ve noticed that the plugin isn’t listed as currently compatible with the latest WP version, so I’m wondering if there needs to be some kind of update. Either way, it seems like something isn’t syncing properly and both my client and I are beyond disappointed with this.
