Not a problem, if you can share wp-admin access of the setup I can at least confirm the root cause behind the issue. You can try switching to free Wootheme- Storefront to see if the issue is within the theme or any of the existing plugins. If issue persists, deactivate all other plugins apart from WooCommerce and WCMp and then check with Storefront theme.

Usage of 3rd party plugins isn’t required here because our plugin uses the default template of WooCommerce. In fact, the shortcode I shared in my previous message is the one provided by WooCommerce itself. For your reference, please have a look at https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/.

Hello Mani,

After some trials, I think I have got the issue. Please go through the below-mentioned steps:

1. Check WP-admin>>WooCommerce>>Settings>>Accounts
If you see that the checkbox against the option” Enable registration on the “My Account” page”, is unticked, please tick, save and see if the problem is solved.

2. Check Wp-admin>>WCMp>>Pages
If you see an error against the options like “Vendor Dashboard”, Shop Settings etc then you have a different problem here. Maybe the default pages created by WCMp were deleted manually on this WordPress install. Please login to your PHP MyAdmin and visit the wp_options table. Search for the option_name

a. dc_product_vendor_plugin_page_install
b. dc_product_vendor_plugin_page_installed

and delete both of them. Then deactivate WCMp plugin and when you reactivate, that error should be gone on the Pages list.

here i have a new problem i have 3 types of users 1.vendor 2. coustmers 3.subscriber.

here in my account when i am adding venderdashbord it is showing to every one i mean there user it has to show only vendors. please help me in this issue.

That’s good news ??

I understand your concern with the exposure of the Vendor dashboard pages to registered users who are not vendors. This can get confusing for other user types though our idea was to make the plugin flexible enough to allow other registered user types to apply for a vendor role. Though, in that, case users should be always directed to the vendor dashboard page which tells them that they aren’t vendors though they can apply for it. I see that for other pages like Transaction details, it ends up on a page which can be very confusing for the user. Thanks for bringing this up would get this fixed in the next update itself.

Though even with this update, Vendor dashboard and other pages would be visible. If you want to completely remove these items, you would need to customize the theme you are using. Happy to step in for this task, if required.
