Products list is empty

  • Hi All,

    I’m using Version 3.8.8.5 of WP e-commerce, but in the admin panel, when I click products, my list is empty, the products appear on the website fine, and at the top it says All (528) | Published (525) | Drafts (3) but then it says no products found.

    I can add new products fine but cannot delete them as I cannot see them.

    Any ideas?

    I have never actually seen this. I would recommend upgrading to the latest WP eCommerce. Please be sure to make a backup of your files and database before the upgrade.

    My server had a php upgrade but other than that nothing has changed so I’m assuming there must be some code causing an issue.

    I’ll set up a demo site with the latest versions of the software on it and test it before going live ??
