    I’ve had this plugin setup for a few years now and out of the blue (no settings have changed and all the products are set to sync and show), they’re no longer syncing.

    I can’t get new products to sync, or even older products to sync the new stock/price (I’ve tried resetting the Facebook metadata as well as deleting it and re adding it with no luck).

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There are a few possible reasons why syncing might suddenly stop working. The most common are listed here in the Troubleshooting section of the documentation.

    There have been some recent issues on the Facebook login side of the connection as documented here, however these were generally occurring when attempting to connect or reconnect WooCommerce shops to Facebook during the setup process. Most of them also appear to be resolved as of the latest update, so if you haven’t done so already please make sure your extension is up-to-date.

    Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
