Products Not Adding to Cart

  • Hello, good day.

    Please, I just love your WPCafe – Restaurant Menu, Online Ordering for WooCommerce, Pickup / Delivery and Table Reservation plugin and I used it with Zakra wordpress theme. I notice that when a product is added to cart, it doesn’t redirect me to cart, nor is the product in the cart except I refresh the page.

    Also, the Woocommerce”view cart” does not appear when a product is added to cart.

    How can I fix this? thanks.

    Hello, good day, this is me again. I noticed that when I disable the WPCafe – Restaurant Menu plugin, everything works fine with Woocommerce. Please, if you can make the plugin to allow Woocommerce cart system to work fine just as normal, that would be great.

    Since the WPCafe – Restaurant Menu plugin cart system is not working when product is added except you refresh the page, the best is to allow “View cart” to display when a product is added to cart, or redirect to cart page each time a product is added to cart.

    Thank you once again, and I look forward to a solution. I intend to buy the pro version if this can be resolved. Do have a great day.

    Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please check this checkbox first: https://prnt.sc/otQwz3z_76kq and then create a new page if you don’t have any “Cart” page on the page list. Then place a shortcode on the “Cart” page: [woocommerce_cart]

    And publish the page. Then select the page as a cart page from here: https://prnt.sc/wXxhFQwH__Y5

    Hope your cart page will be solved immediately. 

    And for your 2nd reply, we are already working on that. For the latest version support of WooCommerce. If you use the WooCommerce 7.6.0 version then it will work as you expected. But they have recently changed their cart template and it happened to us.

    Hello @azamansagor, I have the cart page properly set as you showed above and it is not working. Except the site page is refreshed, the product will not be in the cart. I really hope this cart system can work.

    Hi,

    We are already working on that. For the latest version support of WooCommerce. If you use the WooCommerce 7.6.0 version then it will add to your cart and work as you expected. But they have recently changed their cart template and it happened to us. Please allow us some time. Soon we will fix that. We appreciate your patience.
