    I added the ALD drop shipping plugin on my website and was able to import and upload about 173 products into various WooCommerce categories(although i had to switch off my antivirus cause it kept complaining about trojans in the imported images), but now i cant upload imported products to my WooCommerce any longer. i have tried to follow all the video instruction on the internet(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJa7Mb63bJ4) but nothing seems to be working. Below is the error message i get when uploading the imported products.

    Thanks the issues has been fixed i can now upload imported products easily……however i tried purchasing some of the products from the websites frontend and this is the error i get.

    I fixed the purchasing issue to it was a problem with my permalinks….

    How ever i now have a big issue all the products imported and categorised on my woocommerce no longer show on the home page, i need your urgent and kind assistance with this.

    HI, i fixed the issue of products not loading from the front end, i disabled all my jepack plugins and everything works fine…i think i will talk to the Jetpack theme about the issue….thanks everyone for your support.

    HI, i will like to understand the whole process of your drop shipping, i have itemized what i will like to know below:

    1.) The prices i sell the drop-shipped product, will it be the same, as on your website? if so how do i make of profit.

    2.) I also notice i cant update product prices on my woocommerce, kindly guide on what to do.

    3.) how do i fufill orders when an order is made on my website.

    2. That’s correct. At the moment the function to update imported product or reimport them is not available in the free version.

    The settings page shown in your screenshots is not from our plugin. Also, ALD doesn’t import products from Alibaba. Can you please check again if the dropshipping plugin you’re using is ours?

    May I know what is your plugin name to search?

    I’m afraid I can’t help with that. The plugin settings in your screenshot are not from our plugin, but I don’t know which plugin owns it. You can try disabling your plugins one by one to address the one you need. Once identified, you can contact the support team of that plugin.
