    Hello, I synced all my products already but for some reason when I go to add a product in MailChimp only some of them are available for me to select. 10 of our 800 Puff Disposable E-Cig flavors show up but none of my other products do and I don’t understand why.

    I still orders syncing, do I have to wait until all those are done syncing as well for this to start working properly or did I do something wrong?

    Here is my current sync progress…

    Account Connected: Tsunami Premium Vapor

    List Connected: TsunamiPremiumVapor.com Subscribers

    Products: 115/115

    Orders: 3180/31176

    Last Updated: Mon, Jun 5, 2017 3:50 PM

    Notice it says “Products: 115/115”? So why are only 10 of them available for me to select in MailChimp.

    Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you’re having trouble accessing store data once it’s been passed over into MailChimp. In this case it would be best to reach out to the MailChimp support team to allow them to take a closer look at some specific products in the connected MailChimp account and how they are behaving with the MailChimp campaign or template builder. I recommend contacting that team following their KnowledgeBase guide, here: Contact Support and including a link to this post as well as a copy of your WooCommerce System Status report.
