Hi @zeevex ,

I don’t see an integration on your site of Dear Systems in your system status report. Could you clarify how it is updating products / connecting to WooCommerce?

In general, Facebook for WooCommerce syncs a product whenever a product is created or edited – but it relies on the WooCommerce actions/hooks being triggered correctly.

If the DEAR Systems integration is just modifying the database directly its possible no “update” is being triggered.

Yeah DEAR Systems is changing the database directly, which leads me to the question, is there a function/hook I would be able to call to sync the products via code? I can then use it in a cronjob and update it that way.
