Products not displaying on english page

Hi

I visited your site as a customer, and the shop page seems to display properly for me when I click on the Link that is under Buy Online on your home page. Have you been able to resolve this issue? Or perhaps I am not understanding the issue correctly. I am able to view the shop and it is displaying in English for me.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

The link you are clicking is the one in the section in the homepage though, this one is a direct link, https://prueba.spaidart.com/store, and as I said before, the product page is displayed under this link perfectly. The problem I meant is that my current shop page gets a new permalink with polylang, adding the shortcut EN ==> https://prueba.spaidart.com/en/store, so if I go to my main navigation (clicking the hamburger menu icon) and click ‘Buy Online’ this link is not working, cause is pointing to this shop page with this new permalink (https://prueba.spaidart.com/en/store)
it is weird, cause if I go to Admin/Pages/All pages, I can’t find the shop page which is working, the one you can see now, I just have the one with the EN shortcut which can’t be displayed.
I did a workaround to make it work though. I just added a direct link to the buy online menu of the main navigation instead of a page. (if you navigate in the english version, you will see all links have the EN shortcut, except this one).

However it sounds a bit confuse, I hope Im being able to explain my self.

Btw, which browser or device are you using? the layout looks broken in the link you sent before , everything is placed on the right side of the screen.

System report: (I have to solve the issue with not existing tables. The problem was only related to Multisite setups, the tables did exist, but the status report couldn’t find them. This issue has been aparently solved, I just have to update my woocommerce version)

From the way you spoke this started happening as soon as you activated the Polylang plugin. Have you spoken with their support to see if it’s possible something may be configured incorrectly?

As for Amanda’s image, it looks like she only captured part of her screen, you can see the address bar isn’t complete to the right hand side, which would explain the offset.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
