Products not filtering by attribute using Woocommerce 2.6.2 and YITH 3.0.4

Hello – using the Woocommerce 2.6.2 and YITH Ajax Navigation 3.0.4 I’m noticing products do not get filtered no matter what attributes are chosen.
The loading animation appears and the all products are returned.
If it makes a difference woocommerce_content() is the function / file in use in this scenario:

There does not appear to be any errors / logs.
