products not import

    Hi i manage to import the first time all the products but without images and the products not attached to any categories ,categories import was fine so i run second time i case the import is not complete but nothing after that i decide to clean up everything and start again (clean performed with the plugin) after that the plugin refuse to add any products i try everything i also transfer the prestashop database to wordpress i try different config of the plugin with no luck ,Any help will be appreciated .my prestashop and wordpress are installed on the same server under the same domain the wordpress is https://www.mystore.com/wordpress and the prestashop under the main domain i get no errors from the plugin my server is VPS with 6G memory database is on external server plugin reads the data fine.thanks

    To restart the import from scratch, you must use the button: Empty WordPress content.
    If you don’t use this button, it won’t import again the already imported data.

    hi this button i use to start again i find that must run the plugin 2 times to import the products but the products import with no images and not attached to categories i am not get any error i am at the last version of wordpress and woocommerce

    Please check the URL?field. It must contain the URL of the live PrestaShop site.

    already check i follow your instructions at FAQ everything is ok i do not know why is not add the images and not attach products to categories but imports the categories as is should.any suggestions? i can give you the links and pass to check if you want.

    The images are not imported if the leech protect or hotlink protect in Cpanel is enabled.
    It must be disabled before running the import.

    Same problem and I did what you said … Prestashop Url field, disable Leech or Hotlink …

    Migration only works once time and it did not migrate all my products and without images but since the second migration, and I removed all contents, I can′t add products anymore…

    The only message I got is : [fgp2wc] 2 catégories importées…

    PS : I spent 130 euros for both plugins… I was waiting for something functional and working… ??

    Resolved by reinitialising WPML settings in Support > Troubleshootings.
