• Hi,

    I have been having issues with my new products in big commerce not syncing over to wordpress. The weird thing is that in the BC4WP plugin in wordpress it says that all the products are imported correctly, but the new ones are missing.

    BC support says it appears to be an issue on the wordpress end because there are no errors in big commerce.

    They suggested I remove the BC plugin and reinstall it, which I just did and now none of my products are importing, despite a message displaying they were all successful. So our shop is totally empty :(.

    I am trying to restore from a backup that will hopefully get me back to just missing the new products and not my entire catalogue.

    Is anyone able to suggest anything as to why my products are no longer importing into wordpress??

    Hi @jlupton, since that didn’t work you can try this;
    Navigate to Bigcommerce > Settings > Diagnostics via WP dashboard then click the button that says “Sync Site URL”. This will help associate your live site (channel) with your store, in case a disconnect happened.
