Products not importing from Shopify

  • Hi, Thanks for this plugin the documentation looks really promising. I am having some trouble getting my products synced into WordPress from Shopify.

    I am using a free version of the plugin.

    I have activated my products in Shopify and I have made sure all my Admin API Permissions are set to either Read and Write or just Read if there is no Read and write option.

    WP Shopify Plugin shows connected just fine and imports a collection page but it keeps saying there are no products to sync. I know I have products in my Shopify store and they are active.

    Do you possibly know why the plugin is not able to sync my products from Shopify?
    Does the product sync functionality only work with the Pro version of the plugin?

    Hey there! Apologies for the delay.

    Sometimes this can happen if your products aren’t assigned to the WP Shopify sales channel.

    You can check this by opening a product inside Shopify and looking to the right hand-side for the Sales Channels and Apps section. Just ensure the WP Shopify sales channel is enabled. You may need to wait a few minutes, then you can try re-syncing again.
