    Products in my Squareup Item Library are not importing to my site. When I press the “Import all products from Square” button, the update page says that it’s importing but nothing actually imports and the little loading wheel will just spin forever.

    The products in Square have unique SKUs so I know that’s not the issue. And they’re not multiple variants either.

    I’ve already tried switching to the Storefront theme. I’ve already tried deactivating every plugin except Woo and Square. And I’ve already tried disconnecting/deactivating and reinstalling/reconnecting Square. Attempting to import products after each of these steps did not help.

    I searched and didn’t find any errors in the Square log. Background processing / cron are both enabled.

    And I’m also seeing this alert in the sync records:
    “Square category with id () was not imported to your Store. Please run Import Products from Square settings.”

    Hey @joemousey,

    Thanks for all of the troubleshooting that you’ve already done. WooCommerce creates a “map” for the categories from Square to make sure they are set properly. It might be that something has gone wrong with that.

    Can I get you to open up a support ticket at WooCommerce.com? We may need to log into the site to get to the bottom of this.
